Warzone Leaked Pro Settings: The Secret to ‘Zero-Recoil’ Aim Assist

If you log into Call of Duty: Warzone tonight and feel like you are instantly dying to players who never miss a bullet, they are likely abusing a newly leaked controller configuration.

Over the last 48 hours, a massive leak from a private Discord server used by Top 250 Ranked Warzone players has exposed a highly controversial combination of Deadzone and Aim Response Curve settings. This specific configuration allegedly manipulates the game’s rotational aim assist to completely eliminate visual recoil on high-fire-rate assault rifles.

Before Activision decides to silently patch this out of the engine, here are the leaked pro settings you need to equip tonight.

The Leaked “Zero-Recoil” Configuration

⚠️ CONTROLLER WARNING

These settings are explicitly designed for controller players (both PC and Console). Mouse and Keyboard (MnK) players cannot replicate this glitch because it relies entirely on the engine’s built-in rotational aim assist.

To replicate the “Zero-Recoil” effect, you must abandon the standard ‘Dynamic’ aim curve that most YouTubers recommend. Navigate to your Controller Settings tab and input exactly this:

1. Aiming & Deadzones

  • Aim Response Curve Type: Linear (Crucial for the exploit)
  • Aim Response Curve Slope Scale: 0.85
  • Left Stick Min Deadzone: 0.00 (This guarantees rotational aim assist is always active, even if you aren’t moving the stick).
  • Right Stick Min Deadzone: 0.03 (Adjust to 0.05 if you have severe stick drift).

2. Aim Assist Settings

  • Target Aim Assist: ON
  • Aim Assist Type: Black Ops (The traditional ‘Default’ type was nerfed in the August 14th patch, but the ‘Black Ops’ profile was untouched).

Why Is This Configuration Broken?

By setting the Left Stick Min Deadzone to an absolute zero (0.00), the game registers constant, microscopic movement input from your controller. Warzone’s engine is programmed to activate “Rotational Aim Assist”—which perfectly tracks moving targets—only when the player is moving.

Because your deadzone is at zero, the game thinks you are constantly strafing. This means your crosshair will magnetically lock onto enemy hitboxes with zero manual input required, completely neutralizing the visual recoil of the weapon.

🚨 Have Your Say

Is Aim Assist Ruining Warzone?

PC Mouse and Keyboard players have argued for years that controller aim assist is essentially a legal aimbot. Does this new leaked setting prove they are right? Drop your furious opinions in the comments below, and test these settings tonight!
