Pokémon GO July 2024 Community Day Update
Exciting news, Trainers! Get ready for an electrifying adventure on Sunday, July 21, 2024! Niantic has officially announced the Pokémon GO July 2024 Community Day, featuring the elusive and spark-tastic Tynamo, the EleFish Pokémon.
Event Highlights
- Featured Pokémon: Tynamo will appear more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter a Shiny one!
- Exclusive Attack: Evolve Eelektrik (Tynamo’s Evolution) during the event or up to five hours afterward to get an Eelektross that knows the Fast Attack Volt Switch.
- Special Research Story: For just INR 29, access the Tynamo Community Day–exclusive Special Research story. You can also gift tickets to friends!
- Event Bonuses: Enjoy amazing bonuses like 1/4 Hatch Distance, 2× Candy for catching Pokémon, increased chances to receive Candy XL for Trainers level 31 and up, and much more.

From 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. IST, take on special four-star Raid Battles featuring Eelektrik. Claim victory, and you’ll see more Tynamo appearing around the Gym for 30 minutes!
Event Bonuses Include:
- 1/4 Hatch Distance: When Eggs are placed into Incubators during the event.
- 2× Candy: For catching Pokémon.
- 2× Chance for Candy XL: From catching Pokémon for Trainers level 31 and up.
- Extended Lure Modules and Incense: Each lasting three hours.
- Special Trades: One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of three trades for the day, with 50% less Stardust required.
