PMGC 2026 Group Yellow Opening Standings, Points Table & Fragger Leaderboard: Alpha7, Vampire & IHC Telemetry

⚡ Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF)

The PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2026 Group Stage is officially underway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with Group Yellow launching their grueling four-day, 24-match campaign. Sixteen of the world’s most disciplined battle royale rosters are battling for three direct slots into the PMGC 2026 Grand Finals in London. Defending world champions IHC Esports, Brazilian powerhouses Alpha7, and Thai juggernauts Vampire Esports clashed across Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok. Here is the comprehensive Day 1 points table, kill differentials, and tactical zone rotations.

1. Group Yellow Standings: Alpha7 & Vampire Battle for Erangel Dominance

📊 Match Telemetry Summary (Day 1 – 6 Matches):

Alpha7 demonstrated why South American squads are feared in global LAN lobbies. Combining ferocious 4v4 compound breaches with flawless split scouting, A7 accumulated 68 total points and 38 elimination frags across the opening six maps. Vampire Esports trailed closely behind with 59 points, bolstered by back-to-back top-two placements in Miramar’s rugged southern ridgelines.

The stakes could not be higher: only the top three teams at the end of Sunday’s Match 24 bypass the brutal Survival Stage and book their direct flight to the London Grand Finals. The squads positioned 4th through 11th will fight for their tournament lives in the Survival Gauntlet, while the bottom five teams face immediate elimination.

2. Individual Fragger Leaderboard: Rehyyan & SchwepXz Set the LAN Pace

In high-pressure LAN tournaments, individual mechanical prowess frequently turns chaotic multi-team skirmishes into match-winning positions. Alpha7’s star entry fragger Rehyyan delivered a masterclass in utility control and mid-range DMR tap firing, claiming 13 individual eliminations and generating over 2,400 points of raw damage on Day 1.

Vampire Esports’ SchwepXz followed in second place with 11 eliminations, executing critical smoke-grenade cross-fires that preserved his squad’s placement points during the climactic Match 4 bridge blockade on Erangel. Defensive specialists from IHC Esports held their ground through disciplined cross-fire angles, proving that their world championship pedigree remains razor-sharp.

3. Tactical Analysis: Phase 4 Hard Shifts and Vehicle Play

The defining tactical theme of Day 1 was vehicle conservation. With the PMGC 2026 blue-zone damage curve heavily punishing late edge rotations, teams that sacrificed tires or flipped vehicles on Miramar’s mountain tracks were systematically dismantled by waiting gatekeepers.

Alpha7 established a distinct edge by commandeering four independent Dacia sedans during Erangel drops, creating portable metallic barricades in open wheat fields. This allowed them to construct impenetrable temporary bunkers whenever Phase 4 zone shifts favored open terrain outside Pochinki and Farm.
