Omnimovement Mechanics Impact on Pro Hardpoint

The introduction of 360-degree omnimovement sprinting and sliding in the competitive ruleset has revolutionized Hardpoint hill breaks. Players can now dive through doorway chokepoints while tracking targets backwards, forcing anchors to hold tighter pre-fire angles on contested hills.

Major 1 Tournament Schedule

Online qualifiers for Major 1 kick off in early December, culminating in a live arena spectacle in Dallas, Texas. The championship race begins on day one.

Hardpoint Hill Rotations & Anchor Spawns

Winning professional Hardpoint in the omnimovement era requires flawless understanding of spawn influence triggers. When contesting modern competitive maps, having an anchor like Dashy or Cellium lock down deep back-spawns 25 seconds before a new hill activates guarantees favorable rotational priority.

Squads attempting to flood hills through front-door chokepoints without securing secondary pinch angles consistently forfeit 40-plus seconds of uncontested scrap time, highlighting why veteran tactical leadership remains irreplaceable at the highest tier of competitive Call of Duty.
