The Fix (Enable Secure Boot & TPM 2.0):
- Restart your PC and repeatedly press F2, F10, or DEL (depending on your motherboard) to enter the BIOS.
- Navigate to the Security or Boot tab.
- Find Secure Boot and change it from “Disabled” to “Enabled”.
- Find Intel PTT or AMD fTPM (this is TPM 2.0) and Enable it.
