1. Phase 1 & 2 Banner Schedule

According to trusted leakers in the Chinese Baidu forums, the 6.0 patch will completely shift the DPS meta away from Fontaine’s HP-draining mechanics back to pure raw attack power and Melt reactions.

  • Phase 1 (Launch): The first half of the patch will feature Iansan (5-Star Pyro Polearm) alongside a highly anticipated re-run of Neuvillette. Iansan is heavily rumored to be an off-field Pyro applicator, essentially acting as a massive 5-star upgrade to Xiangling.
  • Phase 2: The second half will feature a brand new Geo Claymore character named Xbalanque, alongside the re-run of Furina.

2. Murata: The Pyro Archon’s Kit

The biggest question on everyone’s mind is the Pyro Archon, Murata. Unlike previous Archons who were released in the X.1 or X.2 patches, leaks suggest Murata will not be playable until patch 6.2. Her leaked kit is absurd. Instead of providing shields or off-field damage, Murata is an absolute hyper-carry on-field DPS. When she activates her Elemental Burst, she allegedly enters a “God of War” stance, converting all her attacks into massive AoE Pyro damage that scales entirely off her base attack, ignoring enemy shields completely.

🛡️ EXPERT COMMENTS: THE MOUNTING MECHANIC

Will Natlan have special exploration mechanics?

Yes. Just like Fontaine introduced underwater diving, Natlan is introducing ‘Mounts’. According to the beta leaks, the harsh, lava-filled terrain of Natlan will damage players who try to walk on foot. To traverse the map, players will have to tame and ride ‘Saurians’ (dragon-like creatures). Certain characters from Natlan will allegedly have passive abilities that increase mount speed or allow them to fight while riding, completely changing how the open-world is navigated.
