Endgame Surge Math: How SwizzY & Pixie Clinched Game 12
The decisive factor separating the podium duos came down to storm surge discipline during moving zones in matches 10 through 12:
- Targeted Tag Discipline: Rather than taking high-risk 50/50 box fights during mid-game rotations, SwizzY held high-ground elevation with an AR to farm 300+ surge damage safely above the lobby threshold.
- Mats Conservation: Entering zone 7 with over 900 hard materials allowed Pixie to establish brick layers on low ground while other duos burned mats frantically fighting off surge sickness.
- Placement Multipliers: By securing top-5 placements in 9 out of 12 matches, SwizzY and Pixie accumulated 320 placement points alone, outlasting shxrk and t3eny’s elimination-heavy strategy.
