What Our Analysis Found (That AI Misses)
The inclusion of the White Bone Demon in this expansion is a major statement. She is arguably the most famous villain in the entire Journey to the West novel. Her exclusion from the base game was heavily criticized by lore purists, proving that Game Science deliberately reserved their most iconic antagonist for this massive DLC push.
“Black Myth: Wukong sold 20 million copies in its first 30 days — more than Elden Ring (13.4M), God of War Ragnarök (11M), and Hogwarts Legacy (15M) combined in their respective launches.”
